Door 2 · Guided 1:1 Support
Two unhurried 1:1 sessions with Casey over Zoom, held around a structured intake map that looks at the whole of you — body, mind, relationships, history, and the environments you move through. This is not assessment for its own sake. It is a careful, witnessed naming of the patterns your nervous system learned in order to keep you safe, and a first, gentle re-orientation toward a rhythm that is yours.
Name · Map · Re-orient
Before you can set something down, you first have to see the shape of it.
Most of what keeps you braced was never chosen. It was learned — in a body that had to stay ready, a mind that made meaning out of survival, relationships that asked you to be someone, and rooms that rarely let you exhale.
Across two unhurried sessions and a gentle intake map, we look at the whole of you — body, mind, relationships, history, and environment — and name the pattern plainly. Not to diagnose. To understand.
Because being seen whole, not in pieces, is its own first relief.
Name
See the pattern without blame.
Map
Five dimensions, one clear picture.
Re-orient
Leave with a direction, not a verdict.
More context. Less confusion.
What you will experience
Before we meet — the intake map
You receive a quiet intake map: grounded, non-clinical prompts across the five dimensions of the biopsychosocial frame. There are no wrong answers and no rush. You fill it in at your own pace, and it becomes the shape of our first conversation — so the time we share is spent being met, not catching up.
Session one — the naming
We sit with what your body has been carrying. Across body (the physiology of bracing), mind (the stories that kept you ready), relationships (who you learned to be for others), history (where the bracing began), and environment (what still asks it of you), we name the pattern plainly and without judgment. Most people feel the first real exhale here — the relief of being seen whole, not in pieces.
Session two — the re-orientation
We turn from naming to tending. You leave with a small, livable map: the specific cues that tighten you, the earliest signals of ease your body already knows, and two or three concrete somatic and linguistic practices chosen for your actual life — not a program to perform, but a direction to lean toward.
What you carry forward
A written reflection of what we found together, your personalized practices, and an open door. The Orientation can stand on its own, or become the threshold into the deeper 8-month Immersion whenever you're ready — never before.
